| Goods will remain the property of Millbrook Precision
Engineering Ltd until payment is received in full. |
| Options are quoted at factory fitted prices, a surcharge may
apply to options ordered for retrofit. |

| VAT |
| All prices quoted are subject to VAT at the current rate in
force at the time of Invoicing. |
|
| Carriage |
| Carriage to customer’s works is charged at cost, cranage and
machine placement is the customer’s responsibility, we can quote this on
request. |
|
| Training |
| Training is available at a cost of £500.00 per day. Where
training is provided at the customer’s premises all hotel accommodation and
expenses will be charged extra at cost. |
|
| Installation and Commissioning |
| Before our engineer attends it is the customer’s responsibility
to ensure that the foundations are provided to the manufacturers
specification. The specified electrical and compressed air must be supplied
to the machine. |
|
| Provision
has been made within our prices for Installation and commissioning, however,
round trip air fairs meals, hotel and out of pocket expenses are to be
charged at extra cost. |
